Creating Flow,
Vendor Confirmations and the Execution of Your Wedding
Day:
Creating Flow:
Once all the necessary elements of
your wedding are in place, we will then begin to customize
the flow of your event, creating a detailed time-line.
Not one detail will go unaddressed in our time-lines. The
time-line begins from the moment you wake up, to the very
end of the day.
Vendor Confirmations:
The week of your wedding each vendor
will receive detailed instructions including arrival time,
arrival location and the time-line that we have created
together. The information is followed up with a phone call
ensuring each vendor has received the information and then
one-day prior to your wedding day, the vendors receive
another phone call to discuss any last minute questions
or changes. This confirmation process has proven to be
very effective in proper coordination of your wedding day,
allowing you, your family and friends to enjoy your wedding
week.
Event Execution:
We are
available for up to 6 hours on your wedding day and will
arrive 1 ½ to
2 hours prior to ceremony time.
Our responsibilities on
your wedding day:
- Accept all deliveries and to ensure
all the vendors have arrived.
- Complete a walk thru of reception
venue.
- Meet and greet photographer and/or
videographer and instruct him accordingly as previously
discussed.
- Proceed to ceremony venue to make sure
guests are being ushered accordingly, programs are
being distributed, etc.
- Make sure groomsmen/groom are where
they need to be prior to procession.
- Wait for bride and
bridal party to arrive and coordinate walking up the
aisle in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Coordinate a brief meeting
with band/entertainment regarding 1 st dances, special
introductory announcement, and any other special requests.
- Ensure
proper placement of favors, guest book, toasting goblets, “dating” pictures,
etc.
- Continue in directing wedding
reception with 1 st dance, bridal party dance, father/daughter & son/mother
dances, bouquet throwing, cake cutting, departure of
bride and groom.
- Ensure reception food is packaged and
delivered to appropriate location suite along with
any other specialty items bride/groom may have.
- Our departure
will be at the end of the reception after all guests
have departed.

is a phone call away. We offer unlimited communication,
suggestions, recommendations and advice throughout your
planning process. Once all your proper elements are in
place, we help you organize and create the flow of your
wedding day. We orchestrate your rehearsal and are with
you the day of your wedding handling all the details so
that you, your family and friends don't have to.
